If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of product and a full refund will be issued.

 

Please note: Only items purchased on GemClay.com will be accepted for return by mail. If your items were purchased in a boutique or through an authorized retailer, please return it to the location where it was purchased.

Products that are over 50% used will not be accepted or refunded.

To return your GemClay purchase by mail, please include unused portion of product and the original order confirmation email that includes the last four digits of the credit card used for the purchase with your return and ship to the address below:

We require shipping through USPS with a tracking number to ensure successful and traceable delivery.

Customers are not responsible for return shipping charges, which will be included in the credit back to your account.

Original shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds.

Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax and return shipping cost.

The credit will appear on your bank statement within 3-5 billing cycles.
